VALUATION SERVICES

GAG Art Advisory offers professional valuation services under the Australian Government's Cultural Gifts Program. To initiate a valuation, please complete the online form below, providing as much information as possible.

Paul Greenaway OAM, has owned and run GAGPROJECTS (formerly Greenaway Art Gallery) for the past 30 years. He graduated in Fine Arts (Uni SA, Australia), and Restoration (Italy); practised as an artist for 15 years, lectured at several art schools in Australia, India and the UK; was the commissioner for the Australian presentation at ARCO, Madrid and was the founder of the SALA Festival.
 
Approved to value for the Australian Government’s Cultural Gifts Program for over 20 years, Paul can also provided valuations for insurance purposes. GAG Art Advisory can offer advice and assistance when you are considering acquiring a work of art or in some cases selling something from your collection. Discretion and expert knowledge has underpinned our reputation.

Art Valuation Submission

Product

  1. Tier one is a basic valuation of one artwork for reference purposes. Paul will supply some information and a reliable price estimate for your reference.


  2. Tier two is a formal valuation for insurance purposes, with a detailed breakdown of value over time, including future value projections.


  3. Tier three is a written valuation made specifically for works that are to be donated under the Cultural Gifts Program. While $240 is our base charge, this may increase to $360 for more complex valuations.
